As a food company that produces and sells different types of products in 75 countries, there are many factors that affect us. At our head office in Vejle and at our sales offices and factories locally and internationally, we have many exciting jobs in various departments. What all our departments have in common is that they work to create the Nordic food of tomorrow and support each other across the board.
We do everything internally and have exciting jobs across the entire value chain from innovation, planning, procurement, product development, marketing and sales to IT, finance, administration, quality, CSR and HR.

We have a good working relationship with educational institutions in our local areas, and offer ongoing apprenticeships and traineeships across job functions in both our production and office environments.
The vast majority of student and trainee positions are filled on the basis of applications directly from students and trainees, so we'd love to hear from you, and in good time, so we can plan the best pathway for you.
More opportunities for internships
There are many types of internships. The most important thing for us is that we can contribute to your development with practical experience and that you can bring value and new perspectives to us.
For example, we regularly take on trainees. The internship usually lasts 3 months, during which you have the opportunity to get a good insight into the daily life and tasks of the department in question. You will have plenty of opportunity to test all the theoretical knowledge you have acquired during your studies.
